The First Nuclear Attack (Revelation 8)

New Delhi, Sept 29: The bilateral friction between India and Pakistan escalated to a whole new level on Thursday. In retaliation to the terror attack in Uri, Indian army launched a cross-border surgical strike, which ended up killing nearly 35-40 terrorists across the border. Following the attack, Pakistan showed a knee-jerk reaction, warning India to exercise restraint or face full-blown retaliation from its forces. Not only did Pakistan reject the claims of India carrying out cross-border surgical strikes, but instead accused the eastern neighbour of violating the ceasefire which ended up killing 2 soldiers, and left at least 9 critically injured. In response to the surgical strike, several chauvinistic opinion-makers in Pakistan have suggested nuclear strikes against India.
Important to note is that both India and Pakistan are equipped with nuclear weapons. According to a report in the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, a global disarmament advocacy published in 2015, India had a total of 110-120 nuclear warheads. Whereas, Pakistan has 120-130 nuclear warheads. With such heavily loaded nuclear artillery, both the nations would cause maximum collateral damage. The possibility of carrying out precision strike is virtually impossible, as seen in the air raids conducted by US and Russian forces in Syria.
If India and Pakistan end up detonating 100 nuclear warheads each, the estimated collateral damage is stated to be 21 million lives. According to an analysis of IndiaSpend on terrorism in South Asia, the amount of casualties due to nuclear strike would be 2,221 times more than the number of people killed in terror attacks over the past nine years in India. (ALSO READ: LIVE Updates on Surgical Strike by India across LOC, Pakistan threatens to wage nuclear war)
In the words of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Subramanian Swamy, an estimated 100 million people in India would be killed in nuclear attack, but in response India would wipe out the entire state of Pakistan. Similar provocative statements were made by the Pakistani Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif who openly threatened to use nuclear strikes against India, if the latter poses a threat to the existence of Pakistan.
Apart from the massive amount of casualties, the nuclear war would also cause immense climatic damage in the region. Nearly half of the ozone layer could be vanished due to the nuclear warfare. Rainfall would be adversely affected and the agriculture sector would be significantly destroyed.
The impact of the nuclear warfare would be felt for generations. The estimated casualty is only for the first week of warfare. The impact of the nuclear attack would lead to deaths in the months to come. As seen in Hiroshima and Nagasaki (which were subjected to nuclear attack in World War-II), the impact of the nuclear attack would be felt for generations to come.
According to a report, nearly 66 per cent of nuclear artillery comprises of ballistic missiles. Pakistan could use nuclear-tipped medium-range ballistic missiles (MRBMs) to attack metropolitan cities in India, including Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai. The report further claims that nearly 40 ballistic missiles of Pakistan could be mated with the warhead Ghauri. Using this nuclear arsenal, Pakistan could attack targets over the range of 1,300 kms. Almost all major cities of India, including Nagpur and Bhopal could be attacked using this missile-set.

Scarlet woman takes significant lead (Revelation 17)

Voters in the five states — Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia — also declared Clinton the winner of the much-anticipated slugfest with Donald Trump, according to Public Policy Polling.
“If these results hold up, Donald Trump has no path to victory.”
In four-way races that include the Libertarian and Green Party candidates, Clinton led Trump in Virginia and Colorado by identical margins of 46 to 40 percent.
She was also ahead in Pennsylvania 45 to 39 percent, Florida by 45 to 43 percent and North Carolina by 44 to 42 percent.
Analysts said it was clear that Clinton’s performance — and Trump’s underwhelming debut on the presidential debate stage — helped her numbers.
The poll “confirms the impression many people had of the debate and how it would play among undecided voters,” Julian Zelizer a history and public affairs professor at Princeton University, told The Post.
But Clinton’s camp shouldn’t be breaking out the champagne just yet, he added.
“Given how dramatically her lead narrowed last month there is clear evidence of a certain fragility with her margins. Also let’s remember if the first debate does have a real impact on the polls, that means the second one can as well. Democrats will remember how [Presidents] Reagan and Obama came back in 1984 and 2012 from spectacularly poor first debates,” Zelizer said.
Matt Hale, a political science professor at Seton Hall University, said the numbers give Clinton a stronger shot of winning.
“The national polls can tighten and yet be meaningless because what matters is the Electoral College and therefore swing state vote,” he said.
Another poll showed that Trump’s performance damaged his standing with women voters.
The NBC News/SurveyMonkey poll showed that 27 percent of likely women voters said they thought worse of Trump after the debate.
Thirty percent said their opinion of Clinton had improved, while just 11 percent said they had a better opinion about Trump. Only 13 percent said their opinion of Clinton was worse.
“At the moment people, and especially women, were paying the most attention ever to the race Trump decides it is a good time to call a beautiful woman fat. It is a wonder he isn’t doing even worse with women,” Hale said, referring to the GOP nominee’s fat-shaming of ex-Miss Universe Alicia Machado.

War Crime? American Forces Caught Using White Phosphorus Munitions in Iraq
In an interview with Sputnik, filmmaker Jacques Charmelot said that the 2003 takeover of Iraq by the United States ultimately resulted in the emergence of the terrorist group currently known as Daesh, the self-proclaimed caliphate alternately known as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS.
Charmelot, who worked as a journalist in the Middle East, the Balkans and Africa, is also known for directing the documentary 'Irak, une veritable imposture' (Iraq, real imposture).
"The intervention was certainly a mistake for the Americans, who suffered losses in Iraq, but it was not a mistake for those who capitalized on the three or five trillion dollars that was spent [on the Iraq War]," he said.
In this vein, he pointed the finger at the neo-conservatives, whom he described as "a group of ideologists who have been the pivot element of American power since the end of the Cold War."
"They believe that the disappearance of (America's) main rival meant that the US became the first and only world power and that [its might] should be used for effectively protecting American interests across the world," Charmelot said.
In his opinion, "the philosophy of dominance" related to the US's fight against terrorism and the proliferation of weapons which resulted in the protracted war.
"The US decided to fight countries that were involved with nuclear technology, in what would finally lead to a confrontation with Iraq or with Iran, which are seen as enemies. This fight against nuclear proliferation along with the US fight against terrorism which started in 2011 helped the neoconservatives to draw the country into a permanent war," according to him.
Meanwhile, US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter has said that Washington is deploying an additional 615 soldiers to allegedly support Iraq's military in retaking the Daesh-held northern Iraqi city of Mosul.
Six Years Later: Is Iraq Free From US Campaign of Endless War?
According to Carter, the soldiers in the new deployment will serve in roles the US Defense Department describes as advice, assist, logistics and intelligence.
In July, Carter sent 560 US soldiers, mostly engineers and support personnel, to rebuild Iraq's al-Asad Airbase and the Qayyarah Airbase, which were heavily damaged by US-led coalition artillery and aircraft fire during operations to dislodge Daesh terrorists.
The United States currently has about 5,200 military personnel in Iraq.
Mosul, one of the largest cities in Iraq, along with a number of other northern and western Iraqi towns and cities, were seized in 2014 during a Daesh offensive which saw the execution of hundreds of captured Iraqi soldiers. Daesh has been condemned by Russia, the United States and other nations.

Michel de Nostredame Earth-shaking fire from the center of the earth. Will cause the towers around the New City to shake,Two great rocks for a long time will make war, And then Arethusa will color a new river red.(And then areth USA will color a new river red.) Earth-shaking fire from the center of the earth. Will cause the towers around the New City to shake,Two great rocks for a long time will make war
There is recent scientific evidence from drill core sampling in Manhattan, that the southern peninsula is overlapped by several tectonic plates. Drill core sampling has been taken from regions south of Canal Street including the Trade Towers’ site. Of particular concern is that similar core samples have been found across the East River in Brooklyn. There are also multiple fault lines along Manhattan correlating with north-northwest and northwest trending neo-tectonic activity. And as recently as January and October of 2001, New York City has sustained earthquakes along these plates. For there are “two great rocks” or tectonic plates that shear across Manhattan in a northwestern pattern. And these plates “for a longtime will make war”, for they have been shearing against one other for millions of years. And on January 3 of 2010, when they makewar with each other one last time, the sixth seal shall be opened, and all will know that the end is near.
And then Arethusa will color a new river red.
Arethusa is a Greek mythological figure, a beautiful huntress and afollower of the goddess Artemis. And like Artemis, Arethusa would have nothing to do with me; rather she loved to run and hunt in the forest. But one day after an exhausting hunt, she came to a clear crystal stream and went in it to take a swim. She felt something from beneath her, and frightened she scampered out of the water. A voice came from the water, “Why are you leaving fair maiden?” She ran into the forest to escape, for the voice was from Alpheus, the god of the river. For he had fallen in love with her and became a human to give chase after her. Arethusa in exhaustion called out to Artemis for help, and the goddess hid her by changing her into a spring. But not into an ordinary spring, but an underground channel that traveled under the ocean from Greece to Sicily. But Alpheus being the god of the river, converted back into water and plunged downthe same channel after Arethusa. And thus Arethusa was captured by Artemis, and their waters would mingle together forever. And of great concern is that core samples found in train tunnels beneath the Hudson River are identical to those taken from southern Manhattan. Furthermore, several fault lines from the 2001 earthquakes were discovered in the Queen’s Tunnel Complex, NYC Water Tunnel #3. And a few years ago, a map of Manhattan drawn up in 1874 was discovered, showing a maze of underground waterways and lakes. For Manhattan was once a marshland and labyrinth of underground streams. Thus when the sixth seal is broken, the subways of the New City shall be flooded be Arethusa:the waters from the underground streams and the waters from the sea. And Arethusa shall be broken into two. And then Arethusa will color a new river red.
And then areth USA will color a new river red.
For Arethusa broken into two is areth USA. For areth (αρετη) is the Greek word for values. But the values of the USA are not based on morality, but on materialism and on wealth. Thus when the sixth seal is opened, Wall Street and our economy shall crash and “arethUSA”, the values of our economy shall fall “into the red.” “Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; and they said to the mountains and to the rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’” (Revelation 6:15-17)

Russia Accuses American Nuclear Horn (Daniel 7)

Vladimir-Putin-Set-To-Win-World-War-3-Says-Pravda-Russias-Nuclear-Weapons-In-Ukraine-Denied-As-RussophobiaRussia accuses US of nurturing aggressive nuclear strategy
BY VLADIMIR ISACHENKOV
Associated Press
The ministry cast a recent speech by U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter as a veiled threat to back a hypothetical attack on Russia by its allies in Europe with U.S. nuclear weapons. The angry statement reflects a growing degree of mistrust and tensions between Moscow and Washington after the collapse of a U.S.-Russian cease-fire deal in Syria.
On Monday, Carter accused Russia of "nuclear saber-rattling" and argued that even though the Cold War is long over, nuclear weapons are still needed to deter Russia and other potential aggressors from thinking they could get away with a nuclear attack.
"Across the Atlantic, we're refreshing NATO's nuclear playbook — to better integrate conventional and nuclear deterrence, to ensure we plan and train like we'd fight, and to deter Russia from thinking it can benefit from nuclear use in a conflict with NATO," Carter said. He emphasized that "obviously, we do not seek such a conflict to begin with, rather, we seek to prevent one."
The Russian Foreign Ministry, however, interpreted Carter's statement as a declared intention to lower the threshold for using nuclear weapons.
"Carter's statement means that if Russia comes under attack from U.S. allies, the Americans will be ready to back it and threaten to use their nuclear weapons against us," it said in a statement. "We would like to think that Washington understands the meaning of such statements and their possible consequences for international security and stability."
The ministry noted that the current Russian military doctrine envisages the use of nuclear weapons to fend off an attack with conventional forces that threaten Russia's very existence as a state. It accused Carter of trying to distort the document's meaning in order to cast Moscow as a potential aggressor.
"Such flagrant misinterpretation of the official Russian document means that the secretary either has used a bad translation or is plotting a dangerous game," it said.
As Russia-U.S. relations have sunk to the lowest levels since the Cold War times over the Ukrainian crisis, Moscow has angrily protested the deployment of NATO forces to the alliance's members that border Russia and the development of NATO's U.S.-led missile defense in Europe. Sharp differences over Syria have added to the bad blood.
"We note that the Pentagon chief's belligerent rhetoric helps to a large extent clarify the real goals behind the ongoing modernization of the U.S. nuclear weapons," the Russian Foreign Ministry said. "The strategy of pressuring Russia by force, which in the logic of its Pentagon 'planners' apparently means nuclear brinkmanship, will receive a more sophisticated and dangerous military-technical foundation."
The ministry added that "it looks particularly cynical as all of it is being done by the administration of Barack Obama, the president who has declared the U.S. striving for nuclear disarmament and won the Nobel Peace Prize for that in advance."

Updating America's Nuclear Weapons

nuclear-triadCarter: Nuclear triad needs investment for future
By Cheryl Pellerin, / Published September 28, 2016
WASHINGTON (AFNS) -- All three legs of the nuclear triad operate with a high degree of readiness, reliability and excellence, but the aging systems need more investment for the future, Defense Secretary Ash Carter said Sept. 27 at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.
Carter -- who is traveling to North Dakota, New Mexico, California and Hawaii through Oct. 1 to focus on the U.S. nuclear enterprise -- took questions from reporters after speaking with troops.
Kirtland AFB is home to the Air Force Materiel Command's Nuclear Weapons Center, which is responsible for acquiring, modernizing and sustaining nuclear system programs for the Defense Department and the Energy Department.
Carter toured Kirtland’s underground munitions maintenance storage complex and met with senior leaders charged with maintaining and securing a key part of the nation’s nuclear arsenal.
Legs of the triad
In response to a reporter’s question, Carter described issues associated with each leg of the nation’s nuclear triad.
The Ohio-class submarines are excellent, he said, “but a submarine can only submerge and ascend so many times before its hull life is consumed and then it has to be replaced.”
The department will replace the Ohio submarines, he added, because that is a highly survivable and valuable leg of the triad.
With respect to bombers, the secretary said, “We have bombers for a number of reasons, and we're investing in the B-21 (Raider), particularly because of its abilities to penetrate air defenses and contribute to conventional strike for a wide range of possible contingencies.”
Carter said the department decided to give the Air Force’s long-range strike bomber, recently named the B-21 Raider, a nuclear capability. “But it is not a nuclear-only platform any more than the B-52 (Stratofortess) is or the B-1 (Lancer) was,” he added.
The secretary also spoke about a needed replacement for the air-launched cruise missile. The department developed and deployed the ALCM in the 1970s to penetrate modern air defenses. It was necessary to have a cruise missile and a bomber capability, he explained.
Time for modernization
Addressing intercontinental ballistic missiles, Carter said the Minuteman has been in service for decades, having been initially developed in the mid-1950s.
“We have extended its lifetime, its propulsion, its guidance and so forth. But there comes a time when something that old needs to be replaced. And we have put those dates off … to the point where we really need now to move out on those programs,” Carter said, noting that the long wars in Iraq and Afghanistan pulled attention and resources away from triad modernization. He stressed a need to focus more on the nuclear enterprise, which he called the bedrock of the nation’s security.
Improving workforce morale
Along with the nuclear triad and scientific and support facilities, the morale of the Air Force and the Defense and Energy Departments’ civilian nuclear workforce also needed attention, he added, and the DOD began an effort to set that right two years ago.
“You see the Air Force doing that in its force improvement program, which seeks to, for example, give people whose specialty is nuclear weapons opportunities to broaden their experience in the course of their careers and enrich their understanding of how their mission fits into the entirety of our national defense mission,” Carter said.
“That is important because people thrive on having an understanding of the meaning of what they're doing. This is a very solemn, significant and essential function, but people are people, and they want to be enriched in the course of their careers. And people in the nuclear specialties are no different,” the secretary said.
The Air Force is paying attention to the morale of the uniformed cadre, Carter said, and the DOD is doing the same for its civilian workforce, “because its leadership is just as aware of the need to make sure that we have a future generation of scientists and engineers supporting the nuclear deterrent that we have today.”

Pakistan Threatens India With Nuclear War

Asif clearly threatened India of launching nuclear attack saying, "We have not made atomic device to display in a showcase. If such a situation arises we will use it and eliminate India."
On the other hand, two men Faizal Hussain Awan (20) and Yasin Khursheed (19) who were arrested by Indian agencies regarding Uri attack case clearly told the agencies that they had helped the four terrorists to cross the border, serving as guides.
Meanwhile, the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided not to attend the SAARC summit in Islamabad in November amidst the present tensions between India and Pakistan.
External Affairs Ministry in a statement announced this and said, "India has conveyed to current SAARC Chair Nepal that increasing cross-border terrorist attacks in the region and growing interference in the internal affairs of Member States by one country have created an environment that is not conducive to the successful holding of the 19th SAARC Summit in Islamabad in November 2016," reported Huffington Post.
Amid India's warning that it may suspend the56-year-old Indus Water treaty, Pakistan has, reportedly, approached the United Nations and the International court of Justice.
Sartaz Aziz, Advisor to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Foreign Affairs said, "The international law states that India cannot unilaterally separate itself from the treaty…..Between the two countries, this act of revocation can be taken as an act of war."

History Says Expect The Sixth Seal In New York (Revelation 6:12)

Fault Lines In New York City

According to the New York Daily News, Lynn Skyes, lead author of a recent study by seismologists at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory adds that a magnitude-6 quake hits the area about every 670 years, and magnitude-7 every 3,400 years.
A 5.2-magnitude quake shook New York City in 1737 and another of the same severity hit in 1884.
Tremors were felt from Maine to Virginia.
There are several fault lines in the metro area, including one along Manhattan’s 125th St. – which may have generated two small tremors in 1981 and may have been the source of the major 1737 earthquake, says Armbruster.
“The problem here comes from many subtle faults,” explained Skyes after the study was published.
He adds: “We now see there is earthquake activity on them. Each one is small, but when you add them up, they are probably more dangerous than we thought.”
Armbruster says a 5.0-magnitude earthquake today likely would result in casualties and hundreds of millions of dollars in damage.
“I would expect some people to be killed,” he notes.
The scope and scale of damage would multiply exponentially with each additional tick on the Richter scale. (ANI)

Antichrist enters upcoming Mosul offensive

Shite Cleric Muqtada al-Sadr. File photo.
Sadr rejected the participation of al-Hashd al-Shaabi militia in Mosul liberation battles and said, “Mosul have to be liberated by the Iraqi army and security forces only.”
And regarding the participation of Saraya al-Salam, he revealed, “The participation of Saraya al-Salam will depend on a number of terms, firstly the call of Mosul residents, secondly the non-interference of the occupied forces, thirdly the comprehensive cooperation with the security forces and at last Saraya al-Salam has to control Anbar instead of the government forces.”
Sadr also said that he is against the calls for the division of Nineveh province into a number of provinces to serve the interests of minorities in the province.
It is worth mentioning that Saraya al-Salam is an Iraqi armed group linked to Iraq’s Shia community and are a revival of Mahdi Army that was created by Muqtada al-Sadr in June 2003 and disbanded in 2008. The group was re-mobilized in 2014 in order to fight against ISIS and is still active as of 2016. It participated in the recapture of Jurf Al Nasr and the Second Battle of Tikrit.

The Iran Deal (Ezekiel 17)

The impartiality of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was "indispensable" to the high-level political agreement reached last year on Iran's nuclear-related activities, IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano told delegates at the Agency's 60th General Conference in Vienna yesterday.
The head of the Iranian delegation said the "file" on nuclear safeguard concerns about Iran's nuclear program was "now closed", while Russia's lead representative at the event described assistance to Iran in meeting its commitments. These are to limit its uranium enrichment activities, eliminate its stockpile of medium-enriched uranium and limit its stockpile of low-enriched uranium over 15 years.
Iran signed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in July 2015 with the E3/EU+3 (China, France, Germany, Russia, the UK and the USA - also referred to as the P5+1 - plus the European Union). Implementation of the agreement began in January after the IAEA confirmed that Iran had taken all the necessary measures. Implementation followed the 16 January release of a report by Amano confirming that Iran had completed the necessary preparatory steps based on verification by IAEA inspectors.
Factual assessment
Amano said: "The Agency worked from 2003 onwards to verify Iran's nuclear program. We reported regularly on Iran's implementation of its safeguards agreement with the Agency, and of UN Security Council resolutions. Last year, we provided a clear, factual assessment of Iran's past nuclear activities. The work of the Agency was indispensable in paving the way for the diplomatic breakthrough achieved last year in the form of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action."
He added: "We are now verifying and monitoring Iran's implementation of its nuclear-related commitments under that agreement. The fact that the Agency enjoyed the confidence of all parties in this very complex issue is a tribute to the professionalism, objectivity and impartiality of our inspectors."
The IAEA currently implements safeguards in 181 of its Member States, 173 of which have Comprehensive Safeguards Agreements in force. "As Director General, I have encouraged countries to implement the Additional Protocol, a powerful verification tool that gives the Agency greater access to information and locations," Amano said. "The number of countries with Additional Protocols in force has risen to 128 today from 93 in 2009."
The Additional Protocol is a legal document that supplements IAEA Member States safeguards agreements. It grants the IAEA complementary legal authority to verify a Member State's safeguards obligations.
Mutual respect
Ali Akbar Salehi, Iranian vice-president and chairman of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, said Amano's "official and decisive report on the final assessment of Iran's past and present nuclear issues ... closed forever this false and fabricated nuclear file."
The "epoch making" JCPOA agreement "was undoubtedly achieved as the result of my nation's persistence on its inalienable rights", he said. "This is a diplomatic triumph, not only for Iran, but also for the history of world politics. It is now incumbent upon all of us to work together in good faith to sustain the integrity of the JCPOA, which we believe is in the interests of the entire international community."
He added: "My country has played its role with great efforts by implementing all its JCPOA commitments, which was monitored and verified by the Agency, as well as continuing its close cooperation with the IAEA through voluntary effectuation of the Additional Protocol in accordance with the provisions of the JCPOA. However, expectations regarding comprehensive and expeditious removal of all sanctions [against Iran], as stipulated in the JCPOA, have yet to be met."
Nuclear power program
Iran will accelerate its development of peaceful nuclear technology, "both in power and non-power domains and applications", he said. The country is keen to cooperate, he added, with "technologically advanced" IAEA Member States.
Russian-built Bushehr 1, the first nuclear power unit in the Middle East, started commercial operation in September 2013. The VVER-1000 pressurized water reactor was recently handed over to the Iranian operator after its "successful commissioning and safe operation", Salehi said. Power generation from the unit has so far avoided the use of 25 million barrels of equivalent oil and prevented the emission of about 16 million tonnes of greenhouse gases, he said.
The first foundation stone for Bushehr units 2 and 3 was laid in a ceremony held at the construction site in southern Iran on 10 September.
In addition to Iran's development of "various aspects" of fission technology, Salehi said attempts in developing nuclear fusion technology as a national project is also "under serious consideration". Initial steps in this regard have been taken with the assistance of international partners, such as the EU and the IAEA, he added.
Russian assistance
Sergey Kirienko, director general of Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom, said Russia is also assisting Iran with measures that are "not directly related to Russian areas of responsibility" under the JCPOA.
"On 28 of December last year we removed from Iran all surplus low-enriched uranium and nuclear materials. This meant that on 16 January we were able to declare JCPOA implementation day," Kirienko said. "On 13 and 20 of September this year, there were two flights to Russia that carried 38 tonnes of Iranian heavy water. And we're working with the Iranian parties to modify two cascades at the Fordow [uranium enrichment] plant to produce stable isotopes."
Safety and security
"As a pioneer country in the region utilising peaceful nuclear energy," Iran has "always attached high priority to nuclear safety," Salehi said. "In this regard, setting up an advanced nuclear safety centre equipped with modern technology and equipment is being contemplated. This centre can be considered as a fulcrum in regional nuclear safety cooperation." A nuclear safety conference is "envisaged to be convened" in Iran, he said, which could be used as a "conduit for collaboration and better understanding" among countries in the Persian Gulf.
The "inclusive participation" of IAEA Member States is essential for developments in nuclear security, he said. Iran will therefore participate in the upcoming IAEA international conference on nuclear security to be held in Vienna between 5 and 9 December, he added.
"One of the most wretched instances of nuclear sabotage is the employment of cyber-attacks, a vivid example of which was the deployment of the Stuxnet virus against nuclear and other civil facilities in my country," he said. "While supporting the implementation of the IAEA safeguards, and the related verification mechanisms, we expect that the application of the state-level concept and approach should not lead to discriminatory implementation of the respective measure and to undermining the sovereignty of Member States."
Implementation of the JCPOA and the safeguards regime, including the voluntary application of the Additional Protocol, has "paved the way" for the IAEA "to expeditiously reach the stage of broader conclusion vis-à-vis my country". The key point, however, is that the IAEA "continues to adhere to the principle of confidentiality", he added.
US support
Ernest Moniz, US energy secretary, read a message from President Barack Obama to the IAEA General Conference, which included reference to the JCPOA.
Implementation of the agreement "demonstrates what can be achieved through a commitment to informed, principled democracy", Obama wrote. "The IAEA's efforts to verify Iran's performance of its commitments under the JCPOA are vital and help assure us that the JCPOA is accomplishing its objectives of ensuring Iran's nuclear program is and remains exclusively peaceful. The United States will continue to fully implement its commitments under the JCPOA, and we urge all parties to provide continued support to the IAEA's important verification role."
Earlier this year, Obama hosted the fourth Nuclear Security Summit, which aimed, he said, "to accelerate international efforts to reduce the evolving threat posed by nuclear terrorism and to make progress toward strengthened international norms and standards for nuclear security."
He added: "I am confident that by working together real progress can be made in enhancing the nuclear non-proliferation regime and promoting the peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
Moniz said that, across the four Nuclear Security Summits, more than 3.8 metric tons of material have been removed or dispositioned; 34 HEU-fuelled research reactors and isotope production facilities in 18 countries have been converted to use LEU and targets or shut down; all HEU has been eliminated from "15 countries and Taiwan"; and 11 countries have ratified the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material this year, resulting in its entry in force.

Scarlet Woman Beats Down On Trump (Rev 17)

hillary-clinton-debateClinton Delivers a Beat-Down

By Eugene Robinson
September 27, 2016
How bad did it get? At one point, as Trump was groping blindly across the minefields of foreign policy, losing a foot here and a leg there, he announced, apropos of nothing, that "I think my strongest asset, maybe by far, is my temperament." Clinton smiled sweetly and exclaimed, "Whew, OK!" The audience at Hofstra University, sternly instructed to remain silent throughout the debate, ignored the rules and burst into laughter.
They were laughing at you, Donald, not with you.
Clinton then patiently explained the importance of honoring international agreements, such as the NATO treaty, to a man who seemed not to grasp the concept of the nation's word being its bond. One hopes her reassurances were enough to coax allies in Berlin, Tokyo, Seoul and other capitals down from the ceiling.
The 90-minute encounter, moderated by NBC's Lester Holt, was less a debate than a beat-down. Clinton obviously had put in many hours of preparation. Trump apparently decided to wing it -- and while this approach worked well during the Republican primaries, when nobody got much time to speak and pithy one-liners could win the day, it bombed in a one-on-one clash where there was no place to hide.
Trump's biggest vulnerability is that he so rarely knows what he's talking about. Minutes before his hilarious temperament declaration, he had been boasting that his criticism of NATO a few months ago caused the alliance to begin focusing on terrorism. "I think we have to get NATO to go into the Middle East with us, in addition to surrounding nations," he said.
Clinton coolly reminded him -- "informed him" would probably be more accurate -- of some pertinent facts. "You know, NATO as a military alliance has something called Article 5, and basically it says this: An attack on one is an attack on all," she said. "And you know the only time it's ever been invoked? After 9/11, when the 28 nations of NATO said that they would go to Afghanistan with us to fight terrorism, something that they still are doing by our side."
That's pretty much the way the evening went, especially toward the end. Trump visibly ran out of gas, poor thing. His answers became increasingly scattered and elliptical. Pressed to defend his contention (long since disproved) that he was against the Iraq War, he complained repeatedly that "everybody refuses to call Sean Hannity." Even Hannity, the Fox News host, must have been perplexed.
This was after he charged that Clinton "doesn't have the stamina" to be president. But she looked fresh as a daisy throughout, while Trump wilted before our eyes.
One of Trump's worst moments, at least to my eyes and ears, came when Clinton alleged that he paid no federal income taxes at all in at least some recent years. Trump offered no protest, instead interjecting, "That makes me smart." Seriously? No one wants to pay more in taxes than required, but the idea of a self-proclaimed billionaire getting a free pass will be hard for many voters to swallow.
Throughout the debate, the split-screen showed Trump mugging, fidgeting, shrugging, grimacing, offering an array of exaggerated smiles and frowns. He interrupted Clinton frequently, but she didn't complain. She may have calculated that it benefited her cause for Trump to have the floor.
Clinton also may have tried to bait Trump by suggesting he only succeeded in business because of his father's help -- and might not be as wealthy as he claims. If so, the tactic worked. Trump was unable to let anything pass. For reasons I can't begin to understand, he even renewed his long-running feud with comedian Rosie O'Donnell.
I am under no illusion that Trump's abysmal performance will cause his most dedicated supporters to have second thoughts. They heard his central argument, which is that "politicians like Secretary Clinton" have failed -- and it's time to try something new.
But while the race has tightened to the point where Trump could actually win, Monday night vividly demonstrated why he should not -- why he must not. Whether you like Clinton or not, it's obvious that she can do the job. The debate had to make undecided voters question whether Trump even has a clue.

Islamic Terrorism: This Time The GOP Is Correct

nuketerror-300x198GOP: We’re A Nation At War Against Islamic Terrorism

Rubio was Tuesday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”. Here are his words:
“Hello, I’m Marco Rubio. It’s my honor to represent Florida in the United States Senate.
Many innocent people were injured, and we continue to pray for their recovery. But fortunately, this time, the only loss of life was one knife-wielding terrorist, who was taken down by an off-duty police officer before more harm could be done.
These attacks remind us once again that evil is real, and that we remain a nation at war against radical Islamic terrorism.
This is a war against our country that has evolved, from terrorists with box cutters hijacking airplanes and flying them into buildings 15 years ago, to the threat of bombs targeting the Boston Marathon and charity 5K runs, speeding trucks being rammed into large crowds, makeshift bombs built with instructions obtained online, and knives and guns being used to massacre people in places like Orlando, Fort Hood, Chattanooga and San Bernardino.
Americans should not accept this as the new normal. We should not have to constantly look over our shoulder every time we visit a public place with our children, or take a walk down the street.
But we must also understand that this war will not end soon, and we can’t become fatigued or complacent about that reality.
This is a war we must win.
And winning this war requires American resolve – the kind shown by so many of our men and women in uniform over the past 15 years.
It requires the best intelligence community, equipped with the best intelligence-gathering tools – so that we can hunt down terrorists before they attack us, and bring swift justice to those who aren’t stopped in time.
It requires American ingenuity – to keep up with the modes of communication and coordination being used by these terrorists.
It requires American patriotism – like the kind shown by countless Muslims who have refused to let their Islamic faith be tarnished by extremists acting in its name, and have informed law enforcement about plots or suspicious individuals they encounter.
It requires an immigration system based on common sense – which says if we can’t fully vet someone and verify that they don’t have terrorist ties, then we simply can’t allow them inside our country or make them citizens.
It requires working with our partners to target this hateful ideology at its roots, dismantle its organizations, and deprive them of safe havens anywhere in the world.
All of these things need to happen to stop the worst threats from striking us here at home.
Unfortunately, President Obama has proven himself unable to meet these challenges for the past eight years.
The world is now a more dangerous place than when he came into office. Because instead of seeing the chaos and threats that all of us see, he dismisses the enemy and underestimates the challenges they pose to our very way of life.
And yet, the worst of his presidency may still be yet to come.
With just four months left in office, President Obama and his allies in Congress want to release every single terrorist from the military’s custody at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
We’ve already seen why this is a dangerous mistake, as many have been released to other countries, only to quickly go missing. Others have returned to the battlefield, and replenished the forces of evil.
The terrorists still behind bars are the worst of the worst, but President Obama and his misguided allies in Congress still want to send them to other countries, or even bring these terrorists here to U.S. soil.
If Congress and the American people don’t stop this terrible plan, these terrorists could join the ranks of al Qaeda or ISIS, at the same time our troops are trying to defeat them.
Thanks to a Republican Congress, we have successfully blocked President Obama from bringing terrorist detainees to U.S. soil. And I’ve introduced legislation to prevent the White House from evading restrictions in current law and allowing them to release all the terrorists from Guantanamo anyway.
But the president and his allies remain committed to getting this done – even though it helps these groups grow even stronger, and even though it increases the risks to Americans at home and abroad.
Even while other policies – like the disastrous deal with Iran – are providing the world’s foremost state sponsor of terrorism with billions of dollars in sanctions relief and ransom payments, money they will use to fulfill their dreams of ‘death to America’ and wiping Israel off the planet. Most of the Democrats in Congress supported this flawed deal too, and they continue doing everything they can to salvage it.
All these challenges underscore the need to rebuild our military, to reassure our traditional allies, and reassert American leadership on the world stage. Unless we take these actions, we will be unable to leave the world more secure for future generations of Americans.
The next four months could be President Obama’s most damaging yet as he works to fulfill these last ditch legacy projects. But it’s up to the American people and those of us in Congress to stop him.
Thank you for listening. May God bless you. And may God always bless the United States of America.”
